Povzetek: Avtorica v prispevku obravnava neizplačilo plač. Predstavljene so zakonske obveznosti delodajalca na področju izplačila plač, ki sledijo mednarodnim standardom na tem področju, predvsem zaradi varovanja socialne varnosti delavca in njegove družine. Sledi predstavitev prekrškovnih določb, vezanih na kršitve na področju neizplačila plač, in vloge nadzornih organov na tem področju. Zajeta je problematika neizplačila minimalne plače kot najnižjega standarda, ki ga določi posamezna država za dostojno življenje delavca. V nadaljevanju sledi prikaz možnih ravnanj delavcev v primeru storjenih kršitev neizplačila plače, ki so vezane na število ponovljenih kršitev in časovno obdobje storjenih kršitev. Sklepni del obsega razmislek o povezanosti nadzornih organov na področju neizplačila plač.
Title: Protection of the Employee in the Case of Unpaid Salaries
Abstract: The article discusses unpaid salaries, and presents the legal obligations of the employer in the field of wage payment, which follow international standards in this field, mainly because of the protection of social security of the worker and his family. This is followed by a presentation of the offense provisions related to violations in the field of unpaid salaries and the role of supervisory authorities in this field. The problem of non-payment of the minimum wage is covered, as is the lowest standard determined by each country for a decent worker's life. The following shows the possible actions taken by an employee in case of violations of the unpaid salary, which are linked to the number of repeated violations and the time period of the violations committed. The final section presents the reflection on the involvement of supervisory authorities in the area of unpaid salaries.
